STARTEL UNVEILS SQ MONITOR ALERTING FEATURE
IRVINE, Calif., May 10, 2002 --
Startel Corporation
(http://www.startelcorp.com)
has introduced the Service Quality (SQ)
Monitor alerting feature for the Startel 5700 digital switch system.
Barbara Willis, Vice President, made the announcement.
“This new feature gives you an automatic early warning to help you
manage your business easier and more effectively,” Willis said. “You
simply select from a wide list of available parameters such as
operator(s) not answering a call, call volume exceeding the existing
staffing level, voicemail ports busy, specific split(s) overload, T1
span down, etc.”
With SQ Monitor, you also select the desired type of automatic
notification: send a page, call at home, ring a phone in a variety of
places within your facility, activate a strobe light, etc.
“Just set it and forget it until you need to be notified of a possible
situation,” Willis added. “SQ Monitor is also a great companion to
Startel’s System Activity Monitor (SAM), which monitors and displays
operator and ACD traffic activity on any PC on your network via easy to
interpret color coded screens that you can customize by time,
supervisor, split group, and more.”
