AQUIS COMMUNICATIONS GROUP INSTALLS IN-TOUCH II

MELVILLE, NY, Nov. 20, 1999 -- In-Touch Management Systems, Inc. announced today that the In-Touch II system has been successfully installed at Aquis Communications Group, Inc.

According to Lynn Szafran, Aquis Communications' vice president of operations, the company's previous system was 'high maintenance' and required an in-house support staff.

"We decided to transfer our existing billing system and use In-Touch II," Szafran said. "We wanted a company with a solid, stable track record and a system that provided us with excellent security, reporting capabilities and flexibility."

Szafran added that a number of In-Touch II features have proven very useful for Aquis Communications. The 'reseller interface' allows Aquis Communications resellers and agents to perform pager maintenance on specific unit inventory and be automatically billed by the carrier based on their contract.

"We're using it with our Web site to have online activations, disconnects and invoice payments," he said. "It provides us with sophisticated inventory control, keeping track of equipment and telephone numbers, and reporting on in-use, aging and available numbers."

In-Touch II is also providing Aquis Communications with pending, current and 30, 60, 90, 120-day account balances, collection and disconnect notices, and automatic service suspension.

"The reporting capabilities give us the data we need to effectively service our customers," Szafran said. "In-Touch II even gives us online account ledger histories and invoices for display, reprint or fax."

Dedicated to becoming a leading provider of a full-range of telecommunications services, Aquis Communications Group, Inc., currently offers national, regional and local messaging services to customers in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic areas.
